Staten Island’s new apartment complex is seeing significant progress since March assumed responsibility for the construction of Phase One.  This phase introduces a sprawling 65,000 sq.

March is taking over Phase 1 of this project from a previous contractor to ensure it is completed with the highest quality standards. The construction of a 300-space parking structure will provide ample parking for the project’s users and local commuters.

The Residences at Lighthouse Point is a transit-oriented, residential, retail, and office destination with direct connections to the Staten Island Ferry. Phase 1 consists of a 65,000 SF building on the corner of Bay Street and Borough Place to be programmed with retail, fresh food restaurants and entertainment space.
